We ship nationwide across Vietnam. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Hanoi studio within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. A small shipping fee applies to all orders.
International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote before ordering.
Returns & Exchange
If a piece isn't quite right, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging.
Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, but we're always happy to help with sizing adjustments.
